THEME: “I CaN”
This month we focus on the words “I can,” developing our inner confidence as we enter the colder months, and focusing on our third energy center to help build inner fire and strength. Stretching out the core, and practicing our powerful breathing technique this month also serves to aid feelings of confidence, mental balance and energy.

When to practice: TO BUILD INNER CONFIDENCE
Settle in, close your eyes and relax whole body. Sink into the earth below... Let go here, you are safe and you are welcome exactly as you are. Let go of any worries about the past... the future... and leave your worries at the door. Sink into stillness and peace... Feel your presence in this moment.
